30 Days to a Positve Mentality

Okay, so since I am starting my 30 day challenge to conquer my negative attitude, I should come up with some sort of blueprint, right? Although I am a little lost about how I actually plan to change my negativity, I surely know the areas that need to be addressed. They are as follows:
  • stress
  • lack of faith
  • worry
  • anxiety
  • conceit
  • pride
  • stubborn
  • resistance towards authority
Well seeing that this is a very extensive list, I think my first plan of action should be one that is the most effective, and that is prayer. I will write a prayer that I should recite daily to ask God for the guidance and strength to conquer this stronghold. I need to speak my positive attitude into existence!
